Hi, I'm Vanessa.
I am a USC Keck School of Medicine Master's Degree student in Public Health, with a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego in Behavioral Science. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and the author of The Food Relationship Course. I am a Certified Eating Psychology Coach and Certified Mayo Clinic Health & Wellness Coach as well.
Before I started my company, Well Life, I was all too familiar with the struggles of eating challenges. They seemed to run my life. It felt like I was going in circles, always frustrated, losing momentum every time I tried something new and "failed."
After discovering Eating Psychology in 2013, my life began to change. I discovered the root cause of my eating behaviors, and how they had kept me stuck for so many years. It really was not my fault -- I didn't know what I didn't know.
